Take Your Life From Blah to Badass!

Want to love your life, have more fun, and feel more balanced? It's time to get grateful.

When you live in a state of gratitude, your focus shifts from what is missing in your life, to celebrating the beauty of what is already present. When you willingly chose to see the good things in your life, you ignite a powerful chain reaction of positive energy. Like dominos. One blessing leads the way to another, and another, and another… Till you are living in a constant vibration of awesome.

If something is missing from your life, start with how you see the world around you. Not the big stuff… but the small things we see every day.

One great way to do this, is to establish a “gratitude practice.” When you do this, you make time every day to stop and acknowledge the things in life you can be grateful for. If you do this every day, it will eventually become a habit. And, when you make gratitude a habit, you start to see life through more joyful and peaceful eyes. But let’s be honest. Sometimes, we all need a little bit of help to get us there. Life its busy, stuff can get overwhelming, and it’s not always easy to find the time to slow down. This is where I come in! Let’s get grateful together!

The challenge kicks off on Monday, April 10th.

Welcome to the 21-Day Gratitude Challenge! For three weeks, we’re going to get up close and personal with being thankful. This is a totally interactive project that will guide you to find, name, and celebrate something in your life every day. I can’t force you to make the time for yourself, but I can guide you start the chain of positivity in your life in a fun, introspective, and hands-on way!


How It Works

Weekly Group Meetings Led by Sarah:

  • We’ll meet for three, 60-90 minute Gratitude Boot Camp meetings! Kick off your challenge with our first call, where we’ll talk about why getting grateful every day can literally change the direction of your life.We’ll meet once each week for the entire three weeks to share our experiences, talk about stuff, ask questions, get REAL, and support each other!

Daily Gratitude Challenge Emails:

  • Each day, you’ll get a special Gratitude Challenge email directly to your inbox with your “mini assignment” for the day.

Journal on Your Own:

  • You can do as much of the challenge or as little as you want; it’s up to you to decide how much time you want to spend in gratitude each day though I suggest a total of 30 minutes every day.


We’ll wrap up with a final group Gratitude celebration video meeting when our 21-day challenge is over!

Meetings will be held each week on Monday at 6 pm PST / 9 pm EST. (Don’t worry if you miss the live call, meetings will be recorded and you replay them later!) We will meet three times, plus a bonus challenge wrap-up meeting just for fun!
